Hursh Meat Processing will process your beef or pork and cut it to your specifications.

Beef processing is $.45/lb which includes aging (up to 7 days), cutting, packaging and freezing.

Pork processing is $.40/lb to cut, package and freeze (minimum charge of $45.00). If you would like your hams and bacons smoked it is $1.00 /lb. We also make a great breakfast sausage for $1.25-1.40/lb (either bulk or link sausage). Please contact 715-364-6855 to make an appointment for processing.

Hursh Mobile Slaughter is available to slaughter your beef or pork on location. Please contact 715-364-6855 or 715-292-6855 to schedule your slaughtering and for pricing.
